I did indeed write this in a form of frustration...considering that it is a constant state of trauma to see Black death in the media.

As far as next steps. I don't have any, but my hope is maybe someone like you, a reader of this writing, may offer solutions/hope/or those next steps...or at minimum we can have a respectful and constructive discussion.
